Terms of service

These terms govern your use of EM+X, a Cubed Studios product available at emplusx.com and through its MCP connector. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
EM+X generates presentations and documents from briefs, evidence, and templates you provide, subject to your plan's monthly allowance of generations and revisions. Plans, allowances, and prices are described on the pricing page; we may change plans prospectively, and grandfathered subscriptions keep their terms until changed with notice.
Your content
- You retain all rights to the templates, briefs, evidence, and generated documents in your account. Generated documents are yours to use without restriction.
- You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, and for reviewing generated output before relying on it — EM+X checks quality, but the judgment in your documents remains yours.
- We process your content only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. We do not train models on it.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to violate law, infringe others' rights, produce deceptive documents intended to defraud, probe or disrupt the service's security, or resell access without an agreement with us. We may suspend accounts that do.
Billing
Paid plans bill monthly or annually through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period. Unused monthly allowance on paid plans rolls over up to 2× the monthly limit. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we determine a service failure warrants it.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties; we may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. Documents you have downloaded are standard files and survive any change to the service.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made on the basis of generated documents.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination we delete your content per the privacy policy.
